Modular belt conveyor

The high strength of the bolt-less modular conveyor is achieved by its unique design and is characterised by considerably improved load distribution and greater tensile strength compared to standard conveyors that can travel around curves.

The individual modules can be joined and separated without the need for tools. The MB-flex O modular conveyor system permits high speeds (depending on the application, up to 80 m/min) with low noise emission.

The system runs smoothly and can therefore handle several curves (horizontal and/or vertical) with a single drive, resulting in lower operating costs.

The system is suitable for accumulation operation and meets all requirements for high operational reliability and minimum downtimes.
